Our coverage of Bridal Fashion Week continues today with a peek at the newly unveiled collection from celebrated designer Sareh Nouri, who has become known for the exquisite way in which she infuses contemporary couture bridal fashion with a vintage air. Her gowns are always marked by three qualities—ethereality, femininity, and timelessness—and the sixteen new additions are no exception. Masterfully intricate detailing, select colored laces from famed French lace house Sophie Hallette, and flattering silhouettes define the collection, whose flagship gown, inspired by Marie Antoinette, is a beautifully structured tulle creation in the heavenliest shade of misty blue. Embroidered illusions that appear from a distance like a delicate scattering of flowers are another notable feature of the collection, as is a convertible dress that makes it a cinch for a bride to change her look from ceremony to reception.
Captured by Laura Gordon, these lookbook shots were taken at the Bethesda Terrace in Central Park, and Sareh’s divine dresses were paired with an assortment of lovely headpieces from Enchanted Atelier.
